Domestic Violence

Domestic violence is a term that refers to a broad range of offences, the most common being spousal assault. However, domestic violence doesn’t have to between spouses and it doesn’t have to involve an assault. It can involve other family members, such as children or other relatives. It can deal with other offences, such as uttering threats, mischief, or criminal harassment – to give a couple examples. Domestic violence offences often involve delicate and complex situations and our office can help guide you through your case and the legal process.
